Written and recorded sequentially over 2 weeks during Xmas 2007 as a gift to my ex girlfriend after she kicked me out because she'd had enough of my shit. She had left for a trip to Africa and as I was living in a room with no windows I suggested that I move back into the flat we had previously shared and take care of the cat and dog while she was away. Heartbroken and depressed, I then devised the idea of recording an album for her after which I would quit making music altogether. When it was done I left it on the kitchen table and went on holiday myself. Upon my return we met up and she told me that she loved what I had done. She also told me she had met someone on her trip. What a fucking waste of time.
